  Steer clear of this store! My OAP mum was sold a fake Nokia 3310. It looked exactly like a 3310 but after she was having trouble using it I checked it over and the menu was completely different, the sound quality was poor and the inside of the phone showed ‘Model’ where it should have stated ‘Nokia’. She wasn’t given a box nor a user guide manual, only a hand written receipt stating ‘no refunds’ and ‘no changing of mind’! Absolutely shocking that these fraudsters are taking advantage of honest, vulnerable, elderly folk. Thankfully I got a full refund but others might not be so lucky.
